REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Advertising / Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in handling above and below the line, annual reports and events will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and multitasking skills such as interacting with clients and managing projects
  • Assist in shaping the development of overall client objectives.
  • Responsible for meeting, conducting presentations and manage corporate clients.
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and Chinese.
  • Able to work Independently, positive attitude, proactive and pleasant.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the advertising industry is required.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible, overseeing and managing a group of clients accounts ;
  • Dealing with all advertising campaign activities ;
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the firm as needed ;
  • Ensuring professional and personalize service extended to clients ;
  • Delivering sales presentations to clients ;
  • Maintaining and building relationships with existing clients ;
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue ;
  • Generating new business and widen clientele base ;Attending clients’ meetings ;
  • Responsible for negotiating orders and adhering to guidelines for pricing, rates and schedules ;
  • To prepare Job Brief for Creative Department for any jobs requisition ;
  • To meet dateline and ensure timely submission of advertisement materials to respective media department ;
  • Perform the sales coordination duties i.e. order entry, corresponding with client or supplier on advertisement copy, any schedule changes, rate cards and sales budget projections ;
  • Achieve Sales targets
